Lledó Sunoptics®

Lledó Sunoptics uses an optical design that is unique in natural lighting systems. The difference with conventional systems is that we use thousands of tiny prisms about 370 per square metre. These prisms refract sunlight directly into thousands of micro beams of light. The end result is a gentle yet bright natural light that is transmitted directly into the building.

Natural light can replace artificial light for almost 70% of the day. This leads to enormous energy savings for buildings that are used intensively. The use of natural light leads to a reduction in electricity consumption and the consequent reduction in the emission of greenhouse gases and pollution.

The design eliminates any possibility of condensation. Tests of lighting levels in a photometric study.

Lledó Sunoptics increases the score on projects audited with LEED, DGNB or BREEAM certifications.

SCTEH

Lledó Sunoptics has its own version of exutorio, which allows it to be integrated into the building’s SCTEH thus optimizing the use of the roof.
