The studio Díaz & Díaz Arquitectos, commissioned to design the project, defines the result as a versatile, innovative and technological meeting point for entrepreneurs, companies and professionals – “The centre is conceived as a single open-plan space.”
Flexibility, multipurpose and coworking are “essential concept.
A surface area of 1,150 m2 made available to coworkers, divided into seven areas without any physical partitioning but using colours to distinguish them. Flexible spaces adapted to current needs and the convenience of interacting with the surroundings. It is an open-plan and flexible space that can be controlled entirely by eliminating visual obstacles.
The Business Incubator is arranged according to the following areas: “Idea”, for those wishing to explore the feasibility of their plan; “Start up”, for entrepreneurs who need advice; “Grow”, where entrepreneurs can consolidate their project or increase their turnover; “Cloud” a virtual incubator that can be accessed 24/7 from any device; “Connect” for networking; “Brain”, an area that will connect the different spaces, and “I-Box”, a storage area for the users of the centre.
The centre does not have partitions, carpentry, flooring, coatings or ceilings, in order to portray the concept of the spatial unit. Mobile furniture and fixtures will give the premises a very distinctive image, while lighting merges light with space.
A colourful linear space
A feeling of infinity, is generated with the Ice Line linear lighting system.
It meets the visual comfort requirements of the workstations. The 50 mm light output takes into account the high-glare requirements.
ICE LINE enhances the feeling of space
To faithfully recreate the colours, nuances and shapes of objects, they were inclined to grasp the benefits of View spotlights and RMBO technology.
“Connecting” is a space configured to support different activities and for networking. Here lighting generates a sequence of luminous circles provided by the ergonomic Variant S Circular Luminaires .
Other luminaires used in common areas are downlights led Kino y Nur.
